TCR Junior Training Week


The TCR Junior Training Week program enables kids aged 5 - 12 to develop skills, ability, and fitness in a non-competitive environment.

The lessons will focus on all the FUNdamental movement skills such as, balance, coordination, speed, running, and jumping which encourages successful participation in any sport.

Using and knowing these skills will then be used through further play, practice and triathlon related activities. This is a great program for kids who are either new or semi-experienced at swimming riding or running.

Parents if you want to drop and go you can!

Cost: $15 per session day or $36 for all 3 session days if paid up front. (cash or card is accepted on the day)

Includes fully qualified coached session, pool entry, water bottle & swim cap.

Equipment required: Working bike or (scooter) helmet, swimming gear, running shoes and a ball of some description (soccer, tennis, AFL, league etc)

Yeppoon Sessions

Venue: Yeppoon Aquatic Centre
Dates: Monday 21st, Wednesday 23rd & Friday 25th January
Times: 6:30am – 7:30am

Rockhampton Sessions

Venue: Rockhampton Northside Pool
Dates: Tuesday 22nd, Thursday 24th & Saturday 26th January.
Times: 6:30am – 7:30am
