Like all of our programming, we start with your goals and testing!! Our bike testing is conducted on a Computrainer that measures wattage (power output), heart rates, cadence and any other specific data we need to target. We can also conduct Lactate testing if you require it. We then look at pedal stroke correction, as our machine allows us to identify any deficiencies within the pedal stroke. For example, it can compare aspects such as left versus right, push versus pull, etc. From this data we then match the correct training methods to your goals and set you a specific training program that is designed to help you achieve these goals - we then test and retest to measure improvements. Training programs can last for as long as you need, however for any significant change we recommend a period of no less than 12 weeks. 

Your flexibility, knowledge and enthusiasm for the sport and your athletes are second to none. Despite a big mix of ages, experiences and skill levels, our squad sessions are always well catered for and are an ego-free zone.
